What products and services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of custom party favors, gifts, and blank templates for event planners, crafters, and creators. We also offer t-shirts, tote bags, tumblers, banners, party favors, and more. Our digital products include templates and mockups for party favors and other event essentials.

What is your processing and shipping time for physical products?

Nothing is kept on hand- everything is ordered when you place your order.

For most physical products, processing typically takes 5-7 business days, and shipping times range from 3-5 business days for standard shipping. However, some items, like our all-over shirts, have a longer processing time of up to 21 days due to their detailed production process.

If an item needs to be made sooner, please send a message prior to ordering to ensure I can accommodate your need by the requested date. A rush order fee will apply.

How should I care for my Virtuous Delights Studio custom products?

To keep your custom products looking their best:

T-Shirts and Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry for best results. Do not iron directly on printed designs.

Tumblers and Mugs: Hand wash with mild soap and water. Avoid using a dishwasher to prevent fading or damage to the design.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products and digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as a file error or product defect, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right!

Do you offer bulk discounts or group orders?

Yes, we do! If you're placing a large order for t-shirts, promotional items, or custom products, please contact us directly at hello@virtuousdelights.com for bulk pricing and group order options.

What are your business hours?

Business hours are typically 9am-5pm CST, Monday thru Friday with the exception of federal holidays and any previous out of office postings.

Payments

Payments are handled through the website. No items will be processed until payment is received. Payment accepted: Debit/Credit, Paypal, AfterPay, and Klarna.
